Sarmad Khoosat’s upcoming film, Zindagi Tamasha, which was all set to premiere at the Busan International Film Festival has now been nominated for an award at the same as well, even before it has been screened.
Zindagi Tamasha has been nominated for Kim Jiseok Award at the Busan International film festival and will screen from 6th to 8th October at different venues in South Korea during the fest.
The Kim Jiseok Award was established in 2017 and aims at encouraging and discovering the growth and new talents in the Asian Cinema industry.
Zindagi Tamasha stars Arif Hasan, Samiya Mumtaz and model turned actress Eman Suleman in pivotal roles. Sarmad Khoosat, the director and producer, will himself feature in the cameo in the film, whose story has been penned down by Nirmal Bano.
A release date for Pakistan is yet to be announced for the movie.
