PSL Playoffs Postponed In Pakistan Amid Increasing Coronavirus Cases

Coronavirus is taking its roots in Pakistan. While the toll of people affected by coronavirus has reached 184, Pakistan also reported its first coronavirus death today as well.

Amidst the increasing cases and the threat growing with every passing second, PCB has taken an apt decision and postponed the PSL playoffs in the country.

Earlier the original schedule of PSL was shortened by four days with an eye on the worsening COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) situation and with the cases growing, the event has been called off, like a number of global events. The news was shared by PCB on its official Twitter handle.

Team Owners of the various franchises accepted PCB’s decision, saying it was the right thing to do in the circumstances.
